Love theses ppl. Both of there shops in Pearland are great. If u are a person that needs to discuss what u think and feel this place is the best. They listen and don't make u feel like your an annoyance to them. They will take u back and literally show u certain things that are or could be a problem. I'm a person who does my own work.....shops can be expensive also Ive always felt like I don't trust what they are doing but cruz n carz I do at this point. If I ever decide to not want to do my own work or can't this place is where I'm going. ❤️ They are also very quick and efficient. Again if and when I need a shop I will go no where else.

I have a 4wd Jeep Cherokee which was having uneven tire wear and alignment issues. I took it in, they gave me options on the repair and fixed it right! They even took pictures of some other problem areas so I could see what areas might be issues later. They were clear and transparent with issues and the staff is extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this shop!

If you are a woman stay away from this place as they claim to be women friendly but are quick to scam you and then claim you misunderstood. I was taken for $2,300 dollars. I came in with a low coolant level light coming on issue. My AC was working fine just blowing hot air. I was told by Joseph that I needed a whole new AC system and that would fix the problem. They kept my car for about a week. They finally told me to come and pick up the car that the issue was fixed. After driving the car for about 30 minutes the low coolant level light came back on! When I brought the car back I was told that this was a different issue and that I had misunderstood them. At this time I am definitely thinking no work was done on my car at all because the same way I brought the car in is the same way I picked it up. I still have a LOW COOLANT LEVEL light ON and 2,300 dollars less in my pocket. Plus the owner Rick is really worried about bad reviews, and has threaten to press charges on us for writing bad reviews claiming this is harassment! Laughable!!!

cruz n carz prides itself on not scamming women but thats not true. They scammed my mom out of THOUSANDS and they could care less, they lie to her face about what the issue was and told her that she needed a brand new ac system because hers wasnt blowing out cold air so after my mom pays and picks it up we think the issue is fixed but the same issue pops up again which is that the air stops blowing out cold. We took it back to them and they tell my mom to her face "thats another issue that we can fix but you denied it" and its like? WE TOOK THE CAR TO GET THE AIR FIXED NOT TO GET IT REPLACED WHICH IS WHAT THEY TOLD US THAT THE CAR NEEDED. These people scam so save yourself the money, the issues, the trouble and please choose somewhere else and dont worry rick we'll be reporting you guys since yall want to stay scamming people.

Staff is very friendly! Destenie was very helpful and communicative. The service was done well and in a timely manner. They were very transparent about any issues they noticed.

I made an appt for 10am. Got there at 10 am and was told that it would be a few minutes as the last vehicle was finishing. They took inspections, etc that came in after me. Finally, at 11:30 my car was pulled in to have an oil change. It was done quickly and I was out at noon, but I was late to my next appt. Receptionist told me twice that it would be soon when they took my car in, which it wasn't so I waited. I didn't appreciate the misinformation and the vehicles that came in after that had no appt and left before my car was taken in. I had a good experience the 1st time I came here, but I probably won't be back.

Cruz N Carz did an awesome job and had my vehicle back to me the same day. Had to have front and back suspension parts replaced and I really appreciate Joe showing and explaining to me exactly what work was need and why. Very friendly staff and a nice over facility/shop. Waiting rooms great especially if you have little ones. Will be back for future work and alignments thanks Joe and team for everything and helping with pricing options.

I had work done on my Mazda6 after my check engine light came on, the service from Brian and one of the mechanics helped with understand what was wrong and provided pictures to the problem. I got a few things done and the pricing wasn’t outrageous. My car drives great now and it’s legal and I don’t have much issues. You get what you pay for and I would go again if I had issues.

Comfortable atmosphere

I googled the owner's name (Enrique Cruz) and he has sexual assault charges and other prior convictions. He talks online about how he moved and used drugs in Pearland for years. Why does this person preach about God and act like some kind of Saint? It seems like he deceives his community about the man he is yet preaches that he "gives back to them". His prices are very high, doesn't seem like he cares about his community. I don't understand how someone like this can fall asleep at night. Much less, why does he seem to have so many connections with political figures and the police? Pearland police, why do you support a prior convict with drug and assault charges?

Joe and Destinie went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was diagnosed accurately and promptly. I was given an honest pricing structure and my vehicle was fixed within a few days. One of the few shops still around that's honest with their customer base. Overall a great Experience with the shop employees. Highly reccomend them as a full service auto mechanic shop.

I took my car in for its annual inspection. The service was quick and thorough. The people at Cruz N Carz were very friendly and professional. I've been going there for the inspection for several years, and I will definitely be going back!!

Cruz N Carz is an awesome auto repair shop. I have taken 6 or more cars to them over the years and they have always done an amazing job! Destiny always keeps me informed with the progress of my vehicle and she fights to make her promised deadline. The welcome committee (Puppy dogs) is great as well. Highly recommend!!

Very Friendly

The fox say dealt with At cruising cars was very polite and knowledgeable in regards to having my brakes changed out and went over the car to look make sure everything was OK. Give me their estimates. They have an issue with one of the rotors they received and let me know that they replaced it. In any event, everything went very well. I think they’re pricing is also very good.

I had a great experience at this pearland location. It was fast, great customer service, and great communication during the process when I brought my car for an oil change. I definitely recommend Cruz N Carz on Main Street.

I have found my auto care go to spot. My appointment was actually at the other spot, but he willingly took me in anyways. Their service is top knotch, everybody has been so kind to me. Ricky (Owner), Destiny (Front Desk lady) and Bradley (Tech). It really is hard to come across a positive family oriented that they’ve built from the ground up. I had my oil changed service done, and they did an all around inspection to ensure my safety. I also had a shaky bumper due to an accident, they did a temporary fix until I’m ready to come back again. Guys, forget the big chains just come here. It’s really good people here.

I went in for an inspection. The waiting area was decorated very stylish, we were offered ice cream sandwiches and a cute magnet for my car. Hot girls hit curbs.

Amazing ! I usually do not take my car in for service issues or any vehicle related issues. My husband kindly does all of that. However, I needed immediate attention to a matter and Cruz -N-Carz happened to be around the corner. I walked in and was immediately assisted by the young lady at the counter. She was very helpful in answering questions that I had. My car was taken care of in a rapid manner. I can also add that the office is very female friendly and I was comfortable during my visit. Thank you for the wonderful service !

Cool guy and very nice and fair prices!

I came here for the first time for a 2nd opinion because I was told somewhere else that my ac compressor was bad and wanted to charge me $3,600. Cruz n Carz told me my compressor was practically new that I only needed a hose. They are honest people and very friendly. Brian and Mathew are awesome!
